We just got back from a fun weekend down in New Braunfels, Texas. We made the 4.5 hour drive down to visit Wurstfest. It is the biggest and best German festival in Texas. We had a great time. There was plenty of great food, music, and beer. Pork chops on a stick, funnel cakes, sausage on a stick, fried pickles, reuben sandwiches, and potato pancakes were a few of the items available in the food department. It was absolutely packed on Saturday night, but that made it even more fun.
