Well, I just received the news yesterday that four of my paintings were selected for the Art in the Atrium Show in the Frisco City Hall / Library Complex. This show will run through next August. I am very excited about the opportunity to have my paintings on display for the public to see for this year long show. There will be an opening reception on Wednesday, November 11th from 7-9 PM. If you are in the Dallas area, I'd love to have you stop by and say hi. Above are the works that were chosen. They should look familiar if you've been following a while. I'll pass along more info as we get closer. I'm still waiting on my Holga negatives/CD to arrive....hopefully this week. I can't wait!

After looking at all of these images together....I'm seeing a red, white, and blue theme. I never thought about that before.
ReplyDeleteNow you can think about it - for a year! Are they for sale, Jeb? It's nice to get the wall time, but it doesn't put food on the table or Lone Star in ice box, either...
ReplyDeleteCongratulations Jeb! The pieces really look terrific together.
ReplyDeleteMrCachet - yes, they are for sale. The city is looking to purchase some Frisco themed artwork this year to start a permanent art collection...I'm hoping maybe they will like some of my Frisco themed work. Lone Star in the ice box...nice!
ReplyDeleteVeronica - Thanks so much!
