So this evening I finally made some green chile cheeseburgers like I mentioned that I was going to give a try a few weeks back. They turned out pretty swell. My next food fixation is shrimp and grits. I've got a couple of recipes I'm looking over before my attempt. I'll let you know how it goes. We had some in Birmingham, Alabama during spring break and they were incredible!

That burger looks awesome!Tip on the grits--cook 'em in milk rather than water--they taste really rich that way!
